Invictus Games 2018 – Care Kiosks

CHALLENGE:
As an Official Supporter of the Invictus Games 2018, the challenge was to create an experience whereby the friends and families of the competitors, as well as everyday hotel guests, could get behind The Games and show their support.

SOLUTION:
The Creative Shop designed and developed a number of interactive ‘Care Kiosks’ aimed at capturing video messages for the competitors of the games. Each kiosk allowed the user to select from 1 of the 18 countries participating in the games, before an on-screen countdown prompted the user to deliver their message of support. On completion of the message, each user entered in their contact details, before a branded ‘Hyatt Regency Sydney’ eDM was sent back to them containing their video messge for social media sharing.
