CHALLENGE:
To better educate consumers on the range of Fisher & Paykel products, features and key benefits.

SOLUTION:
Using the Good Food & Wine Show 2012 as the platform, The Creative Shop created a number of interactive experiences via touch screen kiosks and iPads that could be both self-navigated by event attendees and serve as a sales tool for Fisher & Paykel representatives. The initial focus was to deliver interactive content in and around luxury spacious kitchens, apartment living & limited space, outdoor entertaining and maximising laundry environments. Event attendees could scroll through various category options before navigating themselves through the most appropriate product relevant to their selection and then registering their interest by requesting a call back from Fisher & Paykel representatives.
